The event takes place in random locations around the map, being marked by a blue dot on the radar as you get close to it- usually between 12:00 AM and 7:00 PM. While this event occurs in free-roam, missing it out or failing it in any way, requires finding a new session.
Patrick happens to be transported by a police van around LS.
